Zuma Addresses Joint NASS Session

President Jacob Zuma of South African has said that his country would return all the money confiscated from Nigerian officials in 2014 and 2015 at the end of the tenure of President Goodluck Jonathan.
He also hailed the bilateral relations between his country and Nigeria, with the intention of improving them and removing all obstacles to a cordial, mutually beneficial pact between the two countries.
President Zuma arrived Nigeria on Monday and, as a guest of President Muhammadu Buhari, he addressed a joint session of the National Assembly in Abuja.
He said South Africa and Nigeria have reviewed over 30 bilateral agreements the two countries have signed over the years.
Shortly after a meeting with President Buhari at the presidential Villa, Abuja, the South African leader said that the Nigerian and South African governments were ironing out issues around the loot to ensure that the right processes go into the recovery of the loot.
President Zuma arrived on Monday night with six ministers and a large business delegation that includes Mr. Rob Davies, Minister of Trades and Industry, Maite Nkoana-Mashabane, Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Tina Joemat-Peterson, Minister for Energy, Malusi Gigaba, Minister of Home Affairs, Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula, Minister of Defence and Military Veterans, and Mosebenzi Zwane, Minister of Mineral Resources.
