Tomatoes is one of the most common fruit and vegetable every part of the world. They are rich in vitamins and minerals that combat and reverse disease. Despite knowing all these, we waste tomatoes more than any other vegetables in markets.
There was a time is was trending on social media that every male from the age of 15 should form the habit of eating at least one tomato a day. The reason was that scientists discovered that eating tomatoes help reduces traces of prostrate cancer.
Many men may not like to eat tomatoes because of its raw taste. And if this is so, then give it to them as juice. Or you can serve it in salads and sandwich.

Simple Tomato Juice Recipe 
I learned this simple tomato juice recipe from my late mom.
Get about five large tomatoes. Wash thoroughly and blend into a puree. Sieve with a Muslin cloth. Then boil the extract for two minutes. Squeeze one lime into the hot juice. Add two table spoon sugar to taste. Young add a pinch of salt but it’s optional. Allow to cool and serve chilled or with ice cubes.?
