Super Eagles will play Menas of Niger at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium today, in an international friendly.

Super Eagles, which is two points behind Egypt (6 points) in group G of the ongoing 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying series, is expected to use this match for better understanding.

Oliseh, who failed to hit the mark against the Taifa Stars in Dar es Salaam on Saturday in his first task of the teram’s coach, knows that the pressure will be upon him if the team fails to overcome Niger.

Both teams have met four times in all competitions as the Super Eagles has won three and drawn one.

This match will give Francois Zahoui’s men a strong test of where they stand going into their World Cup qualifying tie, which will see Niger pitted against Somalia.

“We need to play more friendly matches like the one against Niger as this will help the players fully understand the new system the coach is bringing to the Super Eagles,” said top a team official Tijjani Babangida.
