As the Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL) Heartland of Owerri Technical Adviser, Erasmus Onuh, has affirmed his wards are prepared physically and mentally for Week 4 away encounter at Kwara United.

Speaking recently Onuh said, “I have no problem with Kwara game, we have been training and the players are physically and mentally prepared for the game.

“I am certain, we will get a good result at Kwara, because we are no respecter of name, venue or time of any game, my boys are ever ready,” he assured.

The former Sunshine Stars of Akure handler noted, “Heartland has started on a very good note and cannot afford to slip, but can only get better.”

However, the outspoken coach was quick to reveal that Heartland would need to reinforce its squad to sustain and achieve its season’s target.

“Heartland needs players to ensure the target for the season is achieved, just as the present performance has to be sustained.

“The present crop of players are too young and they are not very experienced, they will take some time to mature, but there is a set goal that must be achieved that can’t wait too such as picking the continental ticket,” he explained.
