NFF To Decide Plateau United Fate

The fate of Plateau United FCs promotion to the Glo Premier League will be decided by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).

This is because the federation’s Organisation and Disciplinary Committee (O&D) decision on a protest before it will go a long way in deciding the fate of the Jos side.

According to AfricanFootball.com, the O&D was yet to sit on the inconclusive match between Kogi and Adamawa United in Lokoja.

Players of Adamawa United and Plateau united are claiming the promotion ticket.

Plateau United left back John Boyi told AfricanFootball.com of his excitement on promotion after 1-0 win over Kogi, while an Adamawa United goalkeeper simply said: “It is Adamawa United and Niger Tornadoes which got promotion and not Plateau United.”

Both teams have to wait for O and D verdict.

There is also a decision to be taken by the committee on Prime FC vs Remo Stars game which was abandoned.

The verdict it will decide to the top flight league among Ikorodu United, Prime FC and Go Round FC.

MFM FC of Lagos and Niger Tornadoes have sealed their promotion.
