Beautiful Gloria who joined a Goodluck Jonathan’s supporter, Oladele John Nihi, in the trek to Otuoke in Bayelsa State from Abuja, has called off her trek. Reason: Her mother had been crying and could not understand why her daughter should undergo such ordeal to honour Goodluck Jonathan, who was defeated in the presidential election, hence she had to quit the trek.

She ended her own trek in Lokoja and is on her way back to her family, even as she thanked those who believed in her and supported her in her journey.

She also thanked Oladele for allowing her join him in the ‘Mission”, saying she would be praying for him.

She said: “I’ve decided to stop my mission here in Lokoja. My parents are very worried and mummy has been crying. I wish to honour her with this even though it hurts.

“I love Nigeria! I love GEJ #trek4GEJ. Hope I will find another way to honour him. Will be returning to Abuja first tin tomorrow! Hope you all will come and receive me.”
