Unofficial reports from Awka, Anambra State, say that Freedom House, headquarters of the Movement for the Actualisation of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB), in Okigwe, Imo State, was raided at the weekend by the police who were said to have come from Zone 9, Umuahia, Abia State.

About 200 members of MASSOB were said to have been arrested.

Addressing newsmen in Onitsha, Anambra State, while reacting to the raid, the MASSOB coordinators in the state, Emmanuel Omenka, Vincent Iloh and Mrs. Virginia Ubazuonu, said that following the raid the whereabouts of their leader, Chief Ralph Uwazurike, remain unknown.

Omenka said: “When they stormed the Freedom House they (police) arrested seven of our members and took them to Umuahia and since then we have not seen our leader.”

Omenka disclosed that the raid was not unconnected with MASSOB’s earlier alarm about two months ago that President Muhammadu Buhari has perfected plans to eliminate Uwazurike.

“So you can see that what we said has come to be the truth because the President does not want anything good about the Igbo nation and no amount of intimidation and arrest will deter us from the struggle to actualise a sovereign state of Biafra,” the group said.

Are you GUYS stupid? You cannot actualise Biafra without going to war. This time it will work.
