Plateau State Governor-elect, Simon Lalong, has assured the people of his state that he will run an all-inclusive administration by harmonising the manifestos of the various political parties to put together what is good for the state.

Lalong gave the assurance when candidates of the Labour Party (LP) and Mega Party,. Bagudu Hirse and Elizabeth Yerse, respectively, paid him a congratulatory visit in his house in Jos.

According to Lalong, both Hirse and Yerse did something extraordinary by stepping down for him to proceed with his ambition, stating that posterity would never forget this gesture.

He added: “I can’t build Plateau without you. Together, we will form a transition committee even with PDP to prepare a road map for the state”.

The Governor-elect reiterated that “we must learn to forgive, because we have a lot to do. Because you believe in Plateau State, you did what you did for change and it’s God that designed this”.

Speaking on behalf of the other candidate, Hirse said the “major and historic decision we took was to stop someone who wants to rewrite the history of Plateau.
