Jude Emeka Idimogu, representing Oshodi – Isolo constituency 02 on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) at the Lagos State House of Assembly (LSHA) has lauded the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode on the construction of 114 roads across the state, describing his leadership style as worthy of emulation.

Idimogu stated this during the commissioning of two constructed roads; Coker-Lafenwa and Ifoshile-Fadu roads in Ejigbo Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Lagos.

The lawmaker commended the Governor for keeping to his campaign promises, noting that the governor’s Leadership style was devoid of nepotism.

According to him “the state governor promised to construct two roads in each of the Local Government and Local Council Development Areas across the state during his electioneering campaign and as you can see today, we are commissioning the first set of the roads across the state, to me, this shows how truthful and transparent the governor is.

“The Governor’s leadership style is worth emulating because he doesn’t treat people like us at the Assembly as opposition lawmakers, he treats all of us equally, and I can tell you that in my constituency here, he has completed some of the on-going project before he assumed office and he has also approved many others to tell you how committed he is to this constituency especially.

In his address, the Ejigbo LCDA Sole Administrator, Hon. Ibrahim Adigun assured the state government that the LCDA will ensure the adequate maintenance of the roads and keep it clean always.

He called on Lagosians to pay their taxes to enable government carry out more projects that will benefit the people.
