Super Eagles striker Odion Ighalo has ruled out any possibility of him joining Chinese second tier side Hebei China Fortune this summer.

Hebei China Fortune tabled a £10m offer for Watford’s 20 goal hero last season which has been accepted by the Hornets according to the player.

Ighalo who has been linked with several teams this summer revealed that he won’t make such move to Asia at his age despite Watford’s acceptance of the tempting offer.

“The club accepted the bid but I’m not going to China now for my age,”

“The money is so crazy that is even tempting,” he added.

The former Granda and Udinese forward however added that he could make such money in England if he performs well for the Vicarage side in the English Premier League this season.

“I can make that kind of amount here after a good season in Premier League by his grace,” he concluded in a chat.

Meanwhile, former member of FIFA Executive committee and erstwhile Director General of the National Sports Commission (NSC), Amos Adamu has charged the Super Eagles to rise above the recent challenges to the team.

The football administrator expressed confidence in the potentials of the country to return as a dominant force on the continent as world beaters again.

Adamu counselled the players and managers of the team to stir off controversies that are capable of ruining the Eagles’ chances of progressing to the 2017 Afcon. He particularly identified enmity as the bane of the current national team set up.
