A group, Concered Deltans for Ogboru, Thursday enjoined Isoko nation to vote massively for Labour Party at the  governorship election scheduled for  Saturday.

This, it said, was to secure their freedom from poverty, unemployment, insecurity and underdevelopment.

The group in a statement signed by Lawrence Erhigbare at Oleh, expressed optimism that the Isoko nation has been given a place of pride as Deputy Governor Great Oboru in the person of Elder Peter Erebi.

It wondered why other parties in the state would victimise the Isoko nation by ignoring them in the political equation of Delta State for the past 16 years, adding that other parties were ignorant of the Isoko nation as the Israelites of the state.

While describing Elder Erebi as the solid rock of the Isoko nation, the group said the Labour Party was designed to liberate the family from irresponsible government which has denied Deltans of purposeful governance and leadership.

It said the LP would form the next government and would entrench the centrality of a complete family since the party would provide prosperity and development.
