The Sporting Director of Dynamo Moscow, Guram Ajo, has dismissed speculation linking the Russian Premier League club with a move for Fenerbahce’s Emmanuel Emenike in the summer transfer market.

Reports in the Turkish press suggested that Dynamo Moscow had made enquiries regarding the availability of the Nigeria international ahead of the reopening of the transfer window.

And the outfit from the capital was prepared to meet the Yellow Canaries 10 million Euros asking price, according to the report.

‘’This is false information.  I honestly do not know where these rumors come from!’’ Guram Ajo told championat.com.

‘’This is not true, we never fought for this player.  Emenike is a good player, but we are not interested in him.

‘’I am surprised that this information has appeared.’’

Emmanuel Emenike spent two years in Russia with Dynamo’s rivals Spartak Moscow before joining Fenerbahce in the summer of 2013.

In 22 appearances in the Super Lig this term, the 27-year-old has netted four times.
