DSIEC Condoles With Justice Gege-Jaho’s Family

DELTA State Independent Electoral Commission, DSIEC, has condoled with the family of late Justice Samuel Gege-Jaho, the immediate past Chairman of the Commission.

Moses Ogbe, Chairman, DSIEC, who led a delegation to the family home of the deceased at Udu Local Government Area of the state urged the family to take solace in the Almighty God because their father lived a good and fulfilled life.

He said as the immediate past Chairman of the Commission, he played his role very well as there were less problems in the Local Government elections conducted by him in 2008.

Ogbe encouraged the children of the late Hon Gege-Jaho to take heart ‘’ The prayer of the commission is that the Almighty God will grant every member of the family the strength to bear the absence. The commission will play its role to during the burial,’’ he said.

Responding, Adams Jaho, on behalf of the family while appreciating the commission for the show of love and concern and encouraging words, claimed the family is not mourning because their father lived a good life.

He thanked God for the good life their father lived and which institutions such as DSIEC can testify to and threat the burial date would be communicated to the commission.
