Abuja – Pastor Joshua Esho, the State Overseer Of Deeper Life Bible Church, Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, has urged the Federal Government to critically study the divergent views and suggestions of economic experts on the sale of national assets with a view to getting the country out of the present economic recession.

At a media parley on Sunday, in preparation for a one-day crusade tagged, “A Day of Supernatural Wonders with Pastor William Kumuyi in Abuja,” Esho advised the government to work assiduously to get the economy out of the woods.

The cleric maintained that since the government knows what led the country into the current economic doldrums, it should be proactive in tackling them headlong to fast-track the nation’s economic recovery.

It would be recalled that economic analysts, politicians and other stakeholders have expressed divergent opinions on the sale of major critical national assets or otherwise to reflate the economy and implement capital projects in the country.

Commenting on the forthcoming crusade slated for September 30, at the National Stadium, Pastor Esho assured that it would usher in supernatural breakthroughs economically, politically, socially and spiritually in the nation.

“The Lord has the solutions to any human problems  and also national problems as we are experiencing as a nation.

“We want the leadership and followership of this country to be assured that God still rules in the affairs of Nigeria and He has the final say.

“We strongly believe that this crusade will make a lasting impact in the lives all participants, especially in this time of economic recession in the nation,” he stated.

He also revealed that 150,000  participants drawn from the 10 regions of the church which include Abuja, Bwari, Gwagwalada, Lugbe, Karmo, Kubwa, Kuje, Kwali, Nyanya, and Orozo were expected at the crusade, including top government functionaries.
