Coordinator General of “Mission-21” World Emergency Christian Project (M-21 WECP), Prophet Godfrey Otubochi Chidiebere Gbujie, has called for the establishment of a “Public Assets Recovery Panel” for each of the geo-political zones of the country.

He said that the proposed panel, which should be headed by tested seasoned and retired judges/National Security Officers of reliable moral standard would help to expedite and to complement the ongoing efforts to recover stolen public funds and assets in the states and local government areas as well as encourage and soften the work of the EFCC.

Gbujie stated this while addressing newsmen in Owerri during which he equally suggested that a sort of financial incentive of twenty percent of a recovered sum of money be offered to any person or group of persons whose information leads to the recovery.

The man of God, reacting to the contentious issue of “National Question” advised the Presidency to consider the imperative of setting up an effective socio–political machinery and programme for its peaceful and judicious resolution in his second tenure. This, he argued, would possibly avert further blood spill, civil tension and the predicted second civil war.

He observed that in spite of the President Muhammadu Buhari’s honest patriotic and determined efforts to restore and strengthen the national economy and geo political unity of the nation, that only too little would be achieved without first resolving the “National Question” judiciously on the nation, warning that “rather, crises upon crises and a civil war” shall rule and ruin the day”.
