Bourdillon Street is one of the upper class streets at the previously quiet and serene Ikoyi in Eti-Osa Local Government Area. Inside this classy exclusively reserved area is a world class building construction project, known as No. 4 Bourdillon Road, Ikoyi.

Unlike the single family structures reminiscent of the old colonial expatriates’ abodes, No. 4 Bourdillon Road is a 25 storey luxury residential building covering about 31,000sqm. Envisaged to stand out as one of the tallest towers in Ikoyi, it  inbuilt facilities which include, a tennis court, swimming pool, gym, leisure and entertainment spots, multi-purpose club room, underground parking and decorative water features.

With No. 4 Bourdillon Road, the state did achieve its compact city concept, which is aimed at achieving sustainable and efficient land use as well as increased access to social amenities for its growing population.

All depending on your choice and income level, inside No. 4 Bourdillon Road, there are 3-bed apartments of 510 sqm, 4-bedroom apartments of 584 sqm, 4-bedroom duplex apartments of 969 sqm and 4-bedroom penthouse apartments of 967 sqm and 1,137 sqm. Each will have wrap around balconies that provide great views of the Lagos metropolis. There is no doubt that with all the facilities available at No. 4 Bourdillon, accommodation seekers are sure of a good value for their money.

EL-ALAN Construction Company (Nigeria) Limited, construction and civil engineering giants are the contractors while the architectural design of this world class project that connects the highbrow Falomo/Awolowo Road by the Falomo Roundabout is undertaken by Design Group Nigeria, with P and T Architects and Engineers as consultants while Kaizen Properties are the developers.
