Bosch Predicts Growth Potentials For Nigeria’s Economy

Board member and General Manager, Robert Bosch Nigeria, Mr. Uwe Raschke has stated, on Monday in Lagos, that recent economic and political developments in Nigeria were indications of positive growth potentials for the country.

Raschke who made this prediction during the official opening of the organisation’s regional subsidiary office in Lagos, Nigeria explained that commissioning of the new office was a decisive step to expand and improve quality of life in the country and the continent.

He disclosed plans to grow the number of operating bases in Africa to 10 before the end of this year, saying the organization would do business  from all four sectors namely; mobility solutions, industrial technology, consumer goods and energy and building technology.

He said, Bosch, sees Africa in general and Nigeria in particular as an important long-term growth market. Thanks for its rapidly-growing population, low median age, increasing middle class, and optimistic economic forecast.
