Big Cola Unveiled

Consumers of nonalcoholic beverage drinks in Nigeria have been promised great value for money as the management of Aje group of companies, launched a new offering, Big Cola into the Nigerian market.

At the trade launch of the product held in Lagos and witnessed by a select class of guests including the media, dealers, staff, guest from the brand’s corporate headquarters in Peru & Spain, the Country Manager, Mr. Theo Williams revealed that the new product being introduced into Nigerian beverage market is out to offer consumers  quality beverage at a price that is affordable.

“We are here to democratize soft drinks consumption. We dream Big, we think big. In line with our global brand values of Brave, Entrepreneur, Ingenious and Surprising, we came to Nigeria with the determination to brave all odds to provide consumers of soft drinks with great choice of quality beverage at affordable prices.

“When we came to Agbara few years ago, this place was in a state of decrepit, we turned it around and established our plant. Today, we are producing drinks with the finest of ingredients and the purest of waters in a new state-of-the-arts factory. The BIG brand delivers a superior and more enjoyable drinking experience not only to consumers, but also promises more profitable entrepreneurship venture to our trade partners”, disclosed Williams.


Williams said he was optimistic that the product, a proud supporter of the English FA cup, will enjoy immense patronage from Nigerians since the country remains one of the passionate lover of football.

He said “We come with the mission to inspire great things. We inspire our consumers through everyday stories of normal people …challenging consumers to transcend their daily activities with fearless attitude of a dreamer”

Speaking further,William stated that the  global operational philosophy remain offering consumers ‘More value for less money’..

While the guests were being taking round the massive plant, it was disclosed that the plant currently has a per hour production capacity of 48,000 bottles (in line 1) and 78,000 (in line 2); this according to Mr. Williams, will be increased when they start to operate at full capacity.
