A onetime chairman of the Bauchi State Elders Advisory Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Bibi Dogo, has called on the National Chairman of PDP, Adamu Mu’azu, to resign honorably due to his inability to deliver the party in the just concluded elections.

Dogo  made the call on Sunday while addressing a press conference in Bauchi and advised Muazu to take path of honor and resign adding, “Mu’azu should be held responsible for the failure of the party during the polls and his failure to deliver the party proved that he failed as a leader.”

According to him, Muazu pledged to deliver 24 states and the presidecy in just concluded elections but instead he failed to deliver even his ward to the party”

Dogo said if he failed to resign, he should be impeached in order to have credible leaders that can deliver the party in 2019.

On the N230million missing campaign funds, allegedly diverted by the national leadership of the party, Dogo challenged the state campaign council to expose the people that diverted the money.
