Lagos – Legacy Serviced Offices has joined the league of serviced office providers with the opening of their premier project, ‘Legacy Place’ a 300sqm space located at the heart of Victoria Island on Danmole Street, Off Idejo and Adeola Odeku Street.

According to the developers, the facility was designed with new age local and international companies in mind, and boasts of eight private office suites and 1 meeting room, all benefiting from fast fibre optic internet service, uninterrupted power supply, a dedicated server room, telephone and mail handling, among others. This allows all prospective clients to begin business at Legacy Place from their first day at the facility.

“The serviced office sector has historically been dominated by Regus and Landmark, however as the demand for serviced office space has grown, many smaller local providers have entered into the market to provide cheaper alternatives.

“Given the current economic state of Nigeria, the uncertainty will leave many multinationals and local firms opting for a wait and see approach. As a result, the serviced office sector may benefit significantly as it offers corporate the flexibility to put one foot in, in a way that gives them an opportunity to take that foot out if the need ever arises”.

In terms of proximity to other corporate organization, you have Access Bank’s head office around there, The Glo , IHS and SAPETRO Towers. Restaurants close by include: Yellow Chilli, Izanaghi, Sakura and Blowfish.
